Elizabeth Seger

Elizabeth is a Senior Policy Advisor at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. Previously she was the Director of CASM, Demos’ digital policy research hub, and an AI impact and risk researcher at GovAI. She holds a PhD in Philosophy of Science and Technology from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Bioethics from UCLA.
