Stephanie Slysz

Stephanie (she/her) joins Tarbell as the Head of People and Recruitment, leading our work to recruit, develop, and support the Tarbell team. She brings a decade of experience in startup nonprofit operations, with a focus on people, internal systems, and recruitment. She’s built scaling teams and shaped workplace culture across the US pro-democracy and civic engagement sector, and now brings that expertise to Tarbell. Outside of work, she enjoys all facets of rural life in western Massachusetts with her family.
