We are pleased to introduce the 2026 cohort of the Tarbell Fellowship. Following a 9-week AI Journalism Fundamentals program and a journalism summit in San Francisco, CA, these journalists embark on a year-long journey to cover artificial intelligence at a variety of outlets across the globe. Our fellows will be reporting from newsrooms across four continents and range from award-winning investigative journalists to computer science PhDs.
